MNA National Desk: A writ petition was filed with the High Court on Thursday challenging the legality of the eviction of BNP senior leader Moudud Ahmed from his Gulshan residence. Layer Mahbub Uddin Khokon filed the writ petition on behalf of Moudud Ahmed. Earlier, on Wednesday, Rajdhahi Unnayan Kartripakkha (RAJUK) took over BNP senior leader Moudud Ahmed’s Gulshan house following a court order.
