Over 5kg gold seized at Dhaka airport

MNA National Desk: Customs officials at the Dhaka airport have detained a passenger in possession of gold bars weighing over 5 kg. As many as nine gold bars were found with 48-year-old Abdur Razzak, who landed Dhaka at 1:30am on Saturday on Malaysian Airlines flight, said Customs Assistant Commissioner HM Ahsan Kabir. The gold bars were found after searching the body of Razzak, Customs Assistant Commissioner said to the reporters.
