MNA Career & Education Desk: Prof Kazi Shahidullah, the supernumerary professor of the History Dept at Dhaka University, has been made the new chairman of the University Grants Commission (UGC) for a four-year term. Department of Secondary and Higher Education of the Education Ministry issued an order in this regard on Wednesday. Kazi Shahidullah is the former vice chancellor of National University. The 1st day’s Bangla first paper examination began at 10:00am.
