MNA National Desk: Awami League President Sheikh Hasina agreed to resume dialogue with the Jatiya Oikya Front, said Obaidul Quader.
She will sit with the leaders of the Dr Kamal Hossain-led coalition at the Ganabhaban at 11am on Wednesday, reported news agency.
“Oikya Front has sent a letter for talks again. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina had earlier said that her door is always open for talks. But no more talks can be held after Nov 7,” he said.
“Considering everything, we are holding talks with the Oikya Front on a limited scale,” he added.
Earlier in the day, Gono Forum Presidium Member Jaglul Haider Afrik carried Dr Kamal’s letter to Hasina seeking a second round of talks to “finish incomplete discussions”.
