MNA Education Desk: Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL) on Monday started a two-month long internship program for the students of different public and private universities, said a press release.
Arastoo Khan, Chairman of IBBL inaugurated the program organized by Islami Bank Training & Research Academy (IBTRA) at the IBTRA Conference Hall as the chief guest.
A total of 129 students of BBA & MBA level from 34 universities are participating in the internship program.
The bank is a sharia compliant bank in Bangladesh which started operations on 30 March 1983. It was founded by Saudi and Kuwaiti investors. It is a public limited company registered under the Companies Act of 1913.
