JU puts ban on entry of visitors

MNA Education Desk: The authorities of Jahangirnagar University (JU) imposed ban on the entry of visitors on the campus for six days. JU Registrar Abu Bakr Siddique confirmed this on Monday night.

A release was issued on Monday saying that the entry of visitors for any purpose such as study tour and any kind of shooting will be remained prohibited from December 25 to December 30 into the campus for upcoming senate election which is scheduled to be held on 30 December.

The release also said that during the election, the movement of rickshaws will be prohibited from New Arts Building to university main entrance.
