MNA National Desk: The Supreme Court will deliver its judgment on Tuesday on the two leave-to-appeal petitions filed challenging BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia’s bail granted by the High Court in the Zia Orphanage Trust graft case.
A four-member Appellate Division bench led by chief justice Syed Mahmud Hossain set the date after closing the law point arguments on Wednesday, reports news agency.
The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court began the hearing Tuesday (May 8). It was adjourned on the same day and resumed Wednesday.
However, the High Court on March 12 granted 4-month bail for Khaleda in Zia Orphanage Trust graft case.
