MNA Education Desk: A total of 1,314 candidates have been recommended for different cadres of civil service in the 37th Bangladesh Civil Service examinations, according to officials. Public Service Commission (PSC), the body that hires civil servants, published the final results on Tuesday after a special meeting at its office in the capital. Though in 37th BCS circular the number of cadres was mentioned as 1,226, the commission finally recommended 1,314 candidates for different cadres. PSC publishes 39th BCS Circular

MNA Education & Career Desk: The Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC) has published the Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) circular seeking applications from medical doctors for 4,792 vacant posts in the medical cadre. The circular, its syllabus and instructions for the exam have been published in BPSC website. The online application and submission will continue from Apr 10 to Apr 30. The age limits for the candidates is 21 to 32 years of age. MNA National Desk: Preliminary test for the 37th Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) examination will be held on Sept 30. The Public Service Commission (PSC) made the statement on Tuesday. The two-hour exam will start at 9am and will be held in Dhaka, Chittagong, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Sylhet and Rangpur. Applicants will be later informed of details on examinations venues and seat plan.  The PSC released a gazette for the 37th BCS Examination for appointing 1,226 first class gazetted officials.
