Hafez Mohammad Zubayer, the Imam of Kakrail Mosque in Dhaka, conducted the Akheri Munajat that started at 10:25am. Thousands of devotees from home and abroad have attended the congregation. A large number of foreign devotees from 88 countries have also joined the second phase of the Ijtema. MNA National Desk: The 2nd phase of 53rd Biswa ijtema, which started on Friday, will end with ‘Akheri munajat’ on Sunday. This is the second largest Muslim congregation after the Hajj held on the bank of Turag River at Tongi. MNA National Desk: A Malaysian devotee died at Biswa Ijtema ground in Tongi of Gazipur on Friday night. The deceased is Nurhan Bin Abdur Rahman. The three-day first phase of Biswa Ijtema, the second largest congregation of Muslims after Hajj, began on the banks of the Turag at Tongi after Fazr prayers yesterday. MNA Editorial Desk: The first stage of Biswa Ijtema, the second largest Muslim congregation after the Hajj, concluded in Tongi of Gazipur on Sunday with Akheri Munajat (final prayers)  seeking well-being and peace of the Muslim Ummah.
