MNA National Desk: As a nationwide ‘anti-drug’ crackdown continues, 12 more people were killed in what the law enforcers called gunfights early Tuesday, reported news agency. With the incidents, the number of victims, who were described as drug dealers, has reached 117 since 12 May. In ‘gunfights’ with the Rapid Action Battalion and the police, the 12 people were killed in Dhaka, Thakurgaon, Brahmanbaria, Barguna, Cumilla, Mymensingh, Satkhira, Kushtia and Jashore. MNA International Desk: Decapitated bodies of seven men have been found on a rural road in Mexico’s drug cartel-plagued north-west state of Sinaloanear which is the heart of jailed drug lord Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman’s old home turf, a state law enforcement official said on Friday. She has been given a two-year ban from tennis after she tested positive for Meldonium at the Australian Open in January. The ban has been predated to January 26, the day the Russian failed her drugs test in Melbourne – meaning it will end on January 25, 2018.
