Arshid Qureshi, alleged to have persuaded youths in Kerala and influenced them to join the IS, was detained in a joint operation by anti-terror squad on Wednesday. MNA International Desk: Maoist insurgents have killed 10 paramilitary commandos in eastern India after ambushing their convoy and exploding a series of bombs, police said on Tuesday.
