MNA Business Desk: An adequate financing along with necessary training for development of skills of women entrepreneurs could further flourish their trade, business and enterprises contributing to enhancing the national economy, reported news agency.
Leaders of Rangpur Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RWCCI) made the view in their daylong annual general meeting (AGM)-2016 held at Rangpur Chamber auditorium in the city on Monday.
President of RWCCI Anwara Ferdousi Poly presided over the event participated by the directors, executives and officials of the organization.
Poly also presented excerpts of the previous AGM, report on annual report activities, audit report, statements of accounts and revised budget for 2016 and proposed budget for 2017- 2018 fiscal and those were adopted unanimously after discussion.
Taking part in the open discussion, the discussants stressed bringing more dynamism in RWCCI activities to flourish trade and business for the women entrepreneurs to create more jobs for the females to accelerate their socioeconomic advancement.
They also called upon the bankers to search for real women entrepreneurs to further easing the loan allocation system, raising the limit for allocating loan up to 50 lakh without mortgage and expanding the SME sector for the women entrepreneurs.
