MNA Science & Technology Desk: The 17th edition of APICTA Awards, which is called the OSCAR of ICT, kicked off in Dhaka on Thursday. Department of ICT of the ICT Division and Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS) are jointly organising the event. The event will be held between 7 and 10 December.
