37th BCS written results published

MNA Education Desk: The Public Service Commission (PSC) has published the written test results of 37th BCS on Wednesday afternoon.

A total 5,379 have passed in different cadre positions in the exam. Among them, 2,943 have passed in the general cadre category, 1,701 in the general and technical/professional categories and 735 in the technical/professional category.

Besides, 434 candidates have qualified in the assistant surgeon cadre, while 7 have qualified in the assistant dental surgeon cadre, according to the results available on the PSC website.

The PSC issued the circular for the 37th BCS to recruit 1,226 government employees on February 29, 2016. A total 243,476 candidates sat for the preliminary examination held on September 30 in the same year. Among them, 8,523 candidates qualified to sit for the written exam which ended on May 23, 2017.
