DU’s Gha unit admission retake held

MNA Education Desk: The ‘Gha’ unit re-test for admission into first year honours courses under the Social Science faculty for 2018-19 academic session of Dhaka University (DU) was held on Friday, reports news agency.

The one-hour test was held from 3:00pm to 4:00pm at 19 centres on the university campus.

A total of 18,463 students who passed the admission test held on 12 October sat for the retake against 1,615 seats.

DU vice-chancellor professor Md Akhtaruzzaman, pro-VC Muhammad Samad, treasurer Md Kamal Uddin, dean of the Social Science faculty and Coordinator of ‘Gha’ unit admission test professor Sadeka Halim and proctor AKM Golam Rabbani visited different examination halls at Social Science building of the university.
