The arrestee, Arif Hossain Howlader, was the general secretary of Narayanpur union unit of Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) of Bhedorganj upazila in Shariatpur. MNA National Desk: Spanish police said Tuesday they had arrested one of Britain’s most wanted fugitives, who fled the country in 2008 after allegedly raping a woman and was found working in Tenerife.
