MNA Culture & Entertainment Desk: The third edition of the Dhaka International Folk Festival opens at the Bangladesh Army Stadium in the capital on Thursday. The festival is organized jointly by Sun Communications Limited and Maasranga Television to showcase local talents on a global platform. Assamese (India) singer Papon, a fan favourite of the festival, will perform on the opening day, along with Brazilian composer-musician Maurucio Tizumba and Australia-based Tibetan folk musician Tenzin Choegyal.
