MNA Culture & Entertainment Desk: An 18-day long national drama festival titled ‘Jatiyal Natya Utsab 2016’ will begin on 24 September in the capital with the motto ‘this soil not for militancy, but for humanity’. Bangladesh Shilapakala Academy and Bangladesh Group Theatre Federation is going to organize the carnival in cooperation with the cultural affairs ministry.
