MNA National Desk: Former national cricketer of Bangladesh Shahadat Hossain and his wife Jesmine Jahan Nrittya were acquitted in a case filed over torturing domestic help. Tanzina Ismail, judge of Women and Children Repression Prevention Tribunal-5, passed the order. The judge pronounced the verdict at a court room in presence of the two. On October 27, Shahadat and his wife pleaded not guilty and demanded justice after the court read out the charges to them.
