MNA National Desk: The High Court (HC) on Tuesday commuted the death sentence given to two convicts over the killing of 12-year-old Rakib Hawlader to life imprisonment. The court also fined them TK 50,000 each and ordered to pay the money to Rakib’s family members. Following the hearing on the death reference and appeals of the condemned convicts an HC bench comprising Justice Jahangir Hossain and justice M Jahangir Hossain passed the order.
