Arshid Qureshi, alleged to have persuaded youths in Kerala and influenced them to join the IS, was detained in a joint operation by anti-terror squad on Wednesday. Devendra Fadnavis, Maharashtra Chief Minister, has ordered the Mumbai Police officials to open an investigation against Islamic preacher Zakir Naik.
