MNA National Desk: The Detective Branch of Police arrested Sharmin Jahan, the owner of Aparajita International, on Friday night for supplying fake N95 masks in Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU). Sharmin Jahan was also a member of the Awami League Central Sub-Committee on Women and Children Affiars. “A team led by Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (Ramna zone) Mishu Biswas made the arrest,” Mahbub Alam, joint commissioner of DMP Detective Branch, told The Business Standard. MNA National Desk: Prime Minister and Awami League President Sheikh Hasina visited her party’s General Secretary Obaidul Quader at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University in Dhaka Sunday afternoon. Hasina came to the hospital at 3:30 pm after returning to Dhaka from an event organized by the army in Rajshahi. MNA National Desk: The five-member medical board of Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) checked BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia’s previous medical papers at the hospital on Sunday. The board went to her cabin on the 5th floor of Cabin Block and examined all the papers for 15 minutes.
